Associate Immigration Attorney

The position is based in San Francisco, CA, with a presence also in New York, NY.

About the role

This role involves managing a caseload of O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and H-1B petitions from intake through filing. The attorney will conduct client consultations to assess visa strategy, draft, review, and submit petitions, handling the full lifecycle of cases. They will also contribute to building the practice and codifying a creative, client-first approach to case-building, whilst working with AI-powered tools. Providing product feedback to the engineering team to shape AI-assisted drafting and review workflows is also a key responsibility.

What we are looking for

Candidates must possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in any U.S. state (New York bar membership is advantageous). 1–3 years of business immigration experience is required. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, open to a creative and client-first approach to case-building, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to contribute to an early-stage venture.

Compensation

A base salary ranging from $150,000 to $185,000.
