About the role
A high-growth technology business is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the transition of electromechanical robotics hardware from prototype to repeatable production. The role involves building manufacturing lines and operations teams, optimizing build processes, leading new product introduction (NPI) from engineering release to production, and maintaining build documentation and systems. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives on building and scaling rather than maintaining established operations.
What we are looking for
Candidates should have 7-16 years of experience as a manufacturing or NPI engineer. Experience with PLM, BOM/MBOM systems, MES, serialization & traceability systems, Kanban inventory, fixture & tooling design, and wire harness/cable assembly is relevant.
Compensation
Base salary of $100,000 - $300,000 USD, depending on experience.
