About the role
A leading national law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 3 to 7 years of post-qualification experience to join its industry-focused litigation practice in Phoenix. The appointed lawyer will manage complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts on behalf of notable clients, particularly within the transportation and supply chain sectors. Responsibilities include conducting factual investigations and discovery, taking depositions, preparing pleadings, arguing motions, and directly engaging with clients on strategy.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 7 years of commercial litigation experience gained within a law firm setting. - Active Arizona Bar licence, or the ability to secure admission promptly. - Comprehensive experience across all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and motions practice. - Experience in the transportation sector is advantageous but not essential. - Residing in or relocating to the Phoenix, AZ area.
Compensation
$205,000 - $240,000 base salary (commensurate with class year/experience)
