About the role
A boutique corporate law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to deliver high-level transactional and corporate support across venture capital transactions, M&A, entity formations, and corporate governance. The successful candidate will work remotely across various practice groups, managing end-to-end deal closings, cap tables, multi-state regulatory filings, and the preparation of corporate documentation alongside partners and associates.
What we are looking for
- 7+ years of paralegal experience in corporate and transactional matters, supporting venture financings and M&A. - Hands-on proficiency with cap table management platforms (e.g., Carta, Pulley). - Proven track record coordinating deal closings, state entity formations, IRS submissions, and corporate governance drafting. - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities within a distributed team environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills across all seniority levels; people management experience is an advantage.
Compensation
$82,000 - $120,000 per annum

Visa eligibility
Open to candidates with existing US work authorisation (e.g. US Citizens, Green Card holders); preference for candidates not requiring visa sponsorship, though open to case-by-case consideration.
