About the role
A high-growth technology business is seeking Founding AI Product Engineers. This hybrid product and engineering role involves working directly with founders to understand customer needs, identify what developers require, and ship production features rapidly. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand pain points, validate solutions, and translate feedback into shipped features; building new product features end-to-end using Python and FastAPI; collaborating with founders to define and build the company's second major product; prototyping new ideas, iterating based on user feedback, and shipping quickly; and owning major product areas across backend APIs, dashboard, and developer experiences.
What we are looking for
Candidates should possess 2+ years of experience in AI engineering and demonstrate the ability to ship products and engage with users. Strong product intuition and thriving in ambiguity are essential.
Compensation
$200K - $250K base salary

Open to visa transfers (e.g., OPT, H1B transfers). Visa sponsorship is available. A relocation stipend is offered for candidates within the US.
