About the role
A Tier 1 ranked Construction and Litigation Practice is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate with at least 5 years of strong civil litigation experience to join its premier construction litigation practice. The role involves handling complex construction litigation matters throughout California, drafting pleadings, motions, managing discovery, conducting legal research, and collaborating with the construction law team.
What we are looking for
Minimum 5 years of strong civil litigation experience. Licensed attorney barred in California. Strong academic record (law school transcript required). Excellent writing and analytical skills (writing sample required). Construction law experience is desired but not required.
Compensation
Base salary of $185,000-$240,000 depending on experience, plus discretionary bonuses and incentives. Retirement plan contribution of 7.5%+ of compensation with no employee contribution required.
