About the role
A high-growth legal AI enterprise is seeking a Solutions Attorney to act as a strategic bridge between its platform and customer base. In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you will blend legal expertise with AI technology to drive adoption, lead demonstrations and trials alongside account executives, or spearhead onboarding and enablement. Key duties include consulting with in-house legal teams to design tailored AI-powered workflows, drafting high-impact prompts, teaching educational courses, and translating customer insights back to the product team to inform platform development.
What we are looking for
• At least 4 years of legal experience as an attorney, including 2+ years in-house at a recognised company or large legal department. • Prior training within Big Law or a top-100 AmLaw firm, with strong foundational legal credentials (top 50–100 law school preferred). • Demonstrable, active practical engagement with generative AI tools in day-to-day workflows. • Proven capability in consultative, customer-facing settings; legal consulting background (e.g. Big Four legal arms) or strong client advisory experience is advantageous.
Compensation
Base salary of $200,000–$240,000 USD (flexibility for exceptional candidates), with a 20% bonus component (half tied to individual performance KPIs and half to company goals) bringing OTE to approximately $240,000–$288,000.
